-What is Madame Ladybug?
-Madame Ladybug is that magical experience that will take that time of month and turn it into an event that you will continue to look forward to. Each month we will send you an "LADY" box, filled with all the necessities you will need to survive your period, not with a frown but with a SMILE. We do not consider ourselves a tampon delivery service, because our job doesn't just end after the products have been delivered to you. Our job is to support you and encourage you until your cycle ends. Madame Ladybug is a special catering service for women, when they are at the most vulnerable, emotional, and hormonal.
How come there are only two options for subscribing?
-Currently for a limited time we are offering a one month and three month subscription option. We believe that familiarity and trust are very important when making a commitment. We here at Madame Ladybug do not expect you to make a huge commitment without trying and testing us first. We are so confident that our ladybox will be exactly what you need during your time of month that you will want to be in a committed relationship with us.
What if I don't see my brand of tampons/pads?
-Do not worry if your brand of tampons/pads are not listed as one of the options. Simply send us a cart note when checking out of the brand you would like and we will take care of the rest.
What if I want a mix of pads, tampons, and soft cups?
- That is absolutely fine! We can send you a variety of your preferred feminine products. All we request is to leave us a cart note with instructions on what you'd like for us to include.
What exactly is included in a Madame Ladybox?
-Each monthly plan has something extra to offer. Please refer to our Choose Package page to see the list of contents that are included in each Ladybox. We have several boxes to choose from. We offer ladyboxes, snack boxes, and the Sweet Pause Box.
How do I know when to place my order to get next months ladybox? What date do the orders ship out?
-Ladybox orders need to be placed after the 25th of each month in order to get the following months ladybox. (e.g. You want a January ladybox, you have from December 26th-January 25th to order a January ladybox. An order placed on January 26th would qualify as a February ladybox order.) Please note some months we may close or extend the deadline dates. These changes will be dependent on factors like being sold out or high customer requests to extend deadline dates. Such announcements will be made on our Facebook and Twitter page. We highly suggest that you like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter to not miss any announcements. If you do not have access to the social media platforms please email us so we can add you to our mailing list to send you the latest announcements via email.
-We begin shipping out ladyboxes on the 13th of each month. If the thirteenth is the weekend it will be the next business day that we will begin shipping.
Do I have to subscribe to get a Ladybox?
-Of course not. We have created our B.Y.O.B. (Build Your Own Box) section specifically for those who are not interested in subscribing. With B.Y.O.B. you get to customize your own Ladybox and create it to reflect your personality, needs, and cravings. We also offer a one month subscription option to all our customers so that they can try Madame Ladybug without having to commit immediately.
Where do we Ship? What are the shipping costs?
-All over the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. If you don't see your country simply send us a message and we will see what we can do to make it possible to begin shipping there.
-Shipping within the United States is FREE!
-Shipping to Canada is $6.00 USD, please note conversion rates apply.
-Shipping Worldwide is $18.00 USD, please note conversion rates apply.
Why does my order status say "unfulfilled"?
-An unfulfilled status simply means that your order hasn't been shipped out yet. If you are a 3 month subscriber your order will remain "unfulfilled" until your third ladybox is shipped to you.
Can I cancel my Subscription/Refunds/Exchanges?
- We have a strict NO REFUND policy! Since we are dealing with products that are related to hygiene and healthcare, for sanitary reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
How long does shipping take?
-We request that you give us 7-12 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process and deliver U.S. orders. We use 2-3 Day Priority Shipping for U.S. orders. For international shipping it takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks, sometimes even longer depending on factors like customs, weather, and holidays. For International orders the custom fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. So we request International buyers to keep that in mind when ordering.
